April 3, 2006 Hi Goldie I do have the Stamper book and have thoroughly enjoyed it; however, I was and am disappointed that there is no proof of the information concerning My 3rd great grandfather, Isom Stamper. I have not been able to find any records, land, court or other that indicates who his father and siblings were. I know the theories and tend to agree with some of them but sure would like to have some proof. Also would be great to have a photo of him. I know all about his children, where he lived when (after his marriage) and have been to his grave. I would be happy to contribute info for an update and would probably buy it.
