DOBBS, John and Mary STAMPER 11 May, 1735. Middlesex Co., VA (This is Mary Martha Brooks, the widow of Virginia Powell Stamper).
ONEBY, Thomas and Mary STAMPER 17 Jul, 1727. Middlesex Co., VA (It is POSSIBLE that this is also Mary Martha Brooks, as Virginia Powell Stamper died in May of 1727, but is also POSSIBLY a sister of Virginia Powell Stamper????)

THURSTON, John and Elizabeth STAMPER. 27 Feb, 1783. Middlesex Co., VA
The database shows this:
Carter WILLIAMS Abt. 1790 August 02, 1815 STAMPER, Nancy
The actual marriage record shows this:
WILLIAMS, Carter and Ann STAMPER who signes her own consent. Bond 2, August, 1815. John STAMPER, deceased father of Ann. Sur and Wit: Samuel STAMPER, p. 79
Since Nancy is already recorded as being the d/o John and married on that exact date, It is probably safe to assume her name was Nancy Ann or Ann Nancy Stamper.

 Stamper Court Records
Extracted from Stamper Court Records, Middlesex County, Virginia, 1673-1852, by Betty M. Maynard and sent to us by James A. Stamper
7 April 1690 - "Ordered that ye sherr: doe sumons to appraise & inventory the Estate of Mr Jno: Stamper decd upon ye 15th of this Instant Mr Henry Thacker Mr Jno: Nash Mr Jno: Head & Mr Claud Vallot or any three of them they being Sworne by ye Justice of ye Peace for ye same & that ye sd Inventy: be returned to this Court office."

3rd May 1690 - "Ordered that ye sher: doe sumonds Mrs Cary Stamper to ye next Courte to be held for this County to give security for ye Estate of Mr Jno Stamper her decd husband according to an inventory Returned of ye same." (There were several other attempts to get her to appear in court.)

7th March 1697 - "The Inventory of the Estate of Elizabeth Stamper, decd was Returned in open Court and Admitted to Record." (Wonder who she was.)

8th July, 1707 - "Ordered that Henry Barnes and Cary his wife be summoned to ye next court to give an account of ye estate of Jno Stamper and Peter Tindall, decd." (Because various people held claims upon the estate of John Stamper, the settlement of the estate apparently dragged on for years.)
