a croft of land and 7 bovates arable land in the tenure of Henry Jelyane in Frasthorpe, co. York, parcel of the
manor of Fraisthorpe, late parcel of th epossessions of the monastery of Bridlington, 2 bovates land in the tenure
of Peter Grymston in Fraisthorpe, parcel of the said manor, and a water corn mill called 'Brayne Milne' in the
tenure of Richard Stamper in Raventhorpe, co. York, formerly belonging to the monastery of Meuxe, except
woods, wards, etc., at yearly rents of 22s. for the premises in Jelyane's tenure, of 4s. for those in Grymston's,
and of 53s. 4d. for those in Stamper's

Lyndall is to keep the premises in repair and to take suffiecient timber, 'housebote,' etc. By treasurer's bill.
