of my gr-gr grandfather: When he first came to
California, he settled in Douglas Twp, San Joaquin Co, where
small town of Farmington stands, and In case you can notice
some naming patterns, the following are his children, which were
born from 1852 to 1871, 10 in all, Emily Elizabeth, Hiram H., Hosea B., Roseltha Lovisa, Josephine, Lewis Oscar, William Riley, Frank Marion, and Alva Walker. Will you please let me
know what you have about the Stampers in Bradley Co, TN? I have

Edna Kathleen Linderman, 52, died March 1, 2005, at her home in Palmer of cancer. A service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Valley Open Bible Fellowship, 14251 Jojoba Drive in Big Lake. The Rev. Ed Blocker will officiate. Ms. Linderman was born Nov. 6, 1952, in Logansport, Ind. She attended Logansport High School. She moved to Alaska in 2001. She lived in Houston for one year before settling in Palmer. She worked as a flagger in Washington, for Wal-Mart in Oklahoma and for Fred Meyer in Wasilla. She attended Valley Open Bible Fellowship. Her family wrote: "Edna loved to cross-stitch and spend time with her grandkids. She was one of nine children, so she was very family-oriented and quick to help out where needed. Edna was very creative and loved to decorate. She loved to spend time with her family and grandchildren. She loved to go gold panning." She is survived by her son, Joe Brewer of Logansport; daughter, Tamatha Slizeski of Palmer; grandchildren, Brieana Brewer of Logansport and Austin Slizeski, Christine Vanderiff and Dominic Vanderiff, all of Palmer; mother, Helen Stamper of Palmer; siblings, Olivia Stewart and Rebecca Stamper of Palmer, Scott Stamper of Panama City, Panama, Teresa Myers and David Stamper, both of Houston, Clay Stamper of Eureka, Calif., and Mark Stamper of Roy, Wash.; and a large extended family including many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Clyde Stamper; stepfather, Leonard Nelson; and brother, Ted Stamper. Her ashes will be scattered over Pioneer Peak in the spring. Arrangements are with Kehl's Palmer Mortuary. |
