and I started researching Martin W. Stamper because he was the
first sheriff of Upson, GA and I'm doing the history of law enforcement for Upson, GA for the archives there. I had to go to Pike, GA to research him and I found quite a bit on the Stampers in Pike, GA. The family was very wealthy.... |
